What is The Climate Change Evidence?

Is there actually any climate change evidence? But please: Do not mix up Climate Change with Global Warming! Global Warming would be a Climate Change, but the World Climate changes all the time. It is NOT automatically the same!

But there is no denying it: The scientific data shows clearly that the planet got warmer in the last decades, actually since the last Ice Age 10.000 years ago. Hard times for a Global Warming Contrarian.

As far as the laws of mathematics refer to reality, they are not certain, and as far as they are certain, they do not refer to reality. Albert Einstein

We will come to that. And yes, there is no use to deny that the earth has warmed up faster since about the 1970s. The most important question is: Because of man? Because of CO2? And will it go on?

Here is the Contrarian’s argument: The earth has warmed up and cooled down since she rotates around her own axis. And to connect CO2 and Global Warming is the result of research, and all I do is doubt the results of this research.

And again: My belief has nothing to do with organizations who want you to believe that CO2 is actually good for the planet, that the more CO2 we produce by burning oil and other fossil fuels the better for the planet. Not to forget that mercury, lead, PCB and other dangerous toxins are not healthy at all.

That is complete rubbish, and these guys are paid good money to cheat the public, so they longer can earn money with dirty technologies. This is only about keeping power.I want clean energy, I want clean air. And I am sure that we will need it even much more urgent than with Global Warming.

This animation shows glacier recesion at the Breidamerkurjokull glacier in Iceland. The data from 1973 is taken from LandSat 1 and the 2000 data is from LandSat 7. The Breidamerkurjokull glacier in Iceland has been measured by Landsat to be receding since 1973. The glacierologists in Iceland and here at Nasa’s Goddard Space Flight Center have measured the recession throughout the entire glacier and found different rates of recession in different areas. In genral, the glacier seems to be receding at about 2% annually. It is extremely controversial whether this recession is caused by global warming. When the planet cools down, many more people will need heating just not to freeze. No folks, the consequences of Global Cooling will be even more dire than those from Global Warming.

We will need those alternative Energies, because we are running out of fossil fuels, not to mention the pollution. No, even if I do not believe in Global Warming and Climate Change Evidence, spilling million tons of oil into the sea and Gulf or pollutiong the air with lead and mercury burning coal isn’t anything I want to see and we can bear anymore.

We have to stop these old fireplace technologies. The idea of Global warming came about because scientists connect the man made rise in CO2 in the atmosphere with rising temperatures since perhaps 1400 and conclude that it will get hotter and hotter…Global Warming…Climate Change!

To be fair, the temperatures have risen dramatically between the 1970s and the 1990s. Line plot of global mean land-ocean temperature index, 1880 to present, with the base period 1951-1980. The dotted black line is the annual mean and the solid red line is the five-year mean. The green bars show uncertainty estimates.

So: Yes, there is lots of Climate Change evidence. The charts from NASA I show here also show climate change evidence to a warmer climate. But do not forget that we have climate data only for the last 150 years. A small part of Earth’s age.

It is lots of evidence that the earth is not stable. Climate Change is constant. I am not convinced that the change for a warmer climate is man made and won’t stop soon. And if I am right, and afterwards we see a drastic cooling, we all will desperately need clean, distributed energy. Much more than with any Global Warming.

So do not mix up Climate Change with Global Warming. There is lots of climate change evidence. But not for constant Global Warming.

According to Phil Jones, head of the Climate Research Unit at the University of East Anglia, there has been no warming trend since 1995.Washington Times

But nonetheless, if Global Warming or Global Cooling: We cannot follow the road of Global Pollution any more. We need new, clean energy sources for every home. Renewable Energy. Especially if I am right.
